Thank you to all who attended the first PTO meeting, we got some great input and feedback. The meetings are in the calendar and usually held on the third Tuesday of each month unless there is a conflict.
Please remember to spread the word and tell your friends, new families and others about the tools available to help keep all informed on the latest events. So stay tuned and keep reading the Sunday newsletters and following us on instagram to get all the recent updates.

If you see a box top on a food item you have purchased please clip it and bring into the school. Clipping box tops is still acceptable as the program is just starting to transition to digital. Here is the link for the Box Tops for Education Campaign https://www.boxtops4education.com/en/About . If you scroll down it will give instructions on how to download the app on your mobile device. Once you put in the zip code the Sea Girt School will get credit. you scroll down Either way it is an easy way for the school to earn points. So please take part in the Box Top Campaign either by clipping or scanning it is all for a great cause.
The book fair will also kick off on Back to School night. This is always a great opportunity for the kids to explore books that they might enjoy reading for fun. Please stop by and get the informational packet and be sure to order. Don’t Miss It!
As we state every year and every post, we welcome new volunteers to help the Sea Girt PTO to whatever extent works for them. It could be on the back end with social media, up front with events, coordination under another chairperson. The Sea Girt PTO thrives on volunteers. They are the lifeline and we can never have enough. There is always a spot for you! So do not be afraid to “dip your toe in the water in Sea Girt PTO”. We can tailor your responsibilities to fit into your lifestyle. It is very rewarding and also allows you to interface with many of the students, families and faculty of the Sea Girt Elementary School. While most positions are filled there is still a binder in the office for additional spots. Feel free to sign up or reach out to one of the Executive Board Members for more information.
